Security and Transparency

Our products

All the glasses sold by SUNEYEZ are provided with the guarantee certificate, the product authenticity certificate (if offered by the manufacturing site) and – for the sunglasses – with the leaflet released by the manufacturing site and the related CE trademark. Moreover, each pair of glasses will be supplied with the original protective packaging (if offered by the manufacturing site) or with another appropriate packaging provided by us together with a particular microfiber tissue to clean and to correctly maintain the lenses.

-    are the official prices communicated and updated by the manufacturer to which SUNEYEZ applies the best possible discount rate according to the product line;
-    are inlcusive of VAT;
-    refer to on-line purchase only;
-    are not valid for products sold in our physical stores.


Credit Cards/Paypal
The site offers the highest guarantee regarding the electronic commerce. Your personal data, your credit card number, the kinds of product you purchased are exchanged through internet in a cryptic way (that can not be decoded) and the data are not managed directly by SUNEYEZ but by PAYPAL.
This payment tool, in fact, allows the credit card owner to give his/her personal data (name, credit card number, expiry date) directly to the bank and not to the shop or to the service provider that manages it.
By choosing this way of payment, a related form is recalled which is located on a secure server (using a 128 bit secret system with a public/private key, completely covering the customer), where the personal data related to the card are requested.
The Bank conveys the data into the international circuit VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICANEXPRESS, POSTEPAY, DISCOVER and CARTA AURA and return directly to the customer the outcome of the transaction via e-mail. As soon as SUNEYEZ is informed about the correct transaction, the purchase order will be processed according to the requested procedure.

Attention: the requested delivery address must be indicated into the PayPal form. Your order will be shipped in fact,  to the address you have inserted in the PayPal platform only.

The delivery addresses (our site and PayPal form), must be the same or the order will be Canceled.

Privacy & personal data

The law 196/2003 (and the new added REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL  of 27 April 2016 )  has been established to grant your privacy and thanks to this law it is no more possible to send promotional information or to communicate to third parties your address for the same purpose without your consent.

SUNEYEZ acquires and collects your data with the sole and exclusive aim to provide the requested service. We are not allowed to give to other companies neither our customer database nor the information contained in it, for no reason and no purpose.
Nevertheless, your data may be communicated to the following subjects:
- to the Bank/Credit Institutes for the payment;
- to the Couriers in charge of the product delivery;
- to all those subjects who carry on specific tasks on our behalf such as our accounts department and our information technology department.
With this introductory statement, it is evident that the conferring of your data, even though at your discretion for the law, it is necessary for us to satisfy your purchase order. You can exercise all the rights written in the Law 196/2003 (obtain the access to your data, ask for correction, modification, cancellation and other) by simply writing to the following e-mail address: .

SUNEYEZ aim is to grant the customer that all the information and the news contained into the e-commerce site are correct, accurate and updated. Possible mistakes or omissions have to be considered absolutely unintentional.
Our customer may eventually control the exactness of the above mentioned information by sending an e-mail to

SUNEYEZ can not be considered responsible neither for the use that will be done with the purchased product nor for the damages caused directly or indirectly by this use. In particular, the customer will be responsible for the purchase of ophthalmic lenses and/or contact lenses, by confirming silently with the order, to be in possession of the necessary medical prescription. The consumer rights will not be influenced in any way.

Shipment & delivery times

The table below summarizes the delivery days and the costs of a requested item depending on the shipping address. For ready to ship products, which are the products already available in our internal warehouse, SUNEYEZ specifies that the necessary working days for the shipment initiate the day after the receipt of the purchase order. We underline that the heading “availability” means that a specific item of a given collection of the chosen brand is available but not necessarily available in our internal warehouse.

If the requested product is not available in our SUNEYEZ warehouse but available in the manufacturing site, further 7-10 working days have to be added to the delivery days below mentioned. For temporary unavailability of a given item also at the manufacturing warehouse, the delivery days will be immediately communicated to the client via e-mail.

Products availability

For the products not available in our SUNEYEZ warehouse but available in the manufacturing warehouse, 7-10 days have to be added to the delivery days above mentioned.

For products NOT available in the manufacturing warehouse, you will be contacted by mail in order to inform you about the delivery day schedule. If the delivery day schedule is unbearable for you, you can cancel the purchase order by communicating to us the cancellation so that we can reimburse all the expenses paid.

All the shipments are covered by insurance.

The client will be always immediately informed when a shipment has been done so, in case the client does not withdraw the package and it is sent back to SUNEYEZ, the shipping and any possible stocking expenses of the unclaimed package will be charged back to the client.


All purchases made through SUNEYEZ have to be considered exclusive contracts completed and finalized in Italy and they are regulated by the Italian laws regarding the remote trading. For the shipping outside the CEE countries, the customer is responsible of the payment of possible custom duties related to the country where he/she receives the goods. 

Regular orders processed and shipped from and not withdrawn by you for any reason, will be considered "abandoned" and as such a non-refundable. Customers right to cancel always remains valid in accordance with applicable terms of law highlighted on our site.


Order cancellation

The cancellation right at customer favour is regulated by the D.L. 21 del 21/02/2014 law.
The SUNEYEZ customer has the right to cancel the contract. We specify that, what is intended as “customer” is only the person who, with regard to the contract, will act with purposes which are unrelated with the professional activity. In particular, the customer who intends to benefit of the cancellation right, must send an appropriate communication to the SUNEYEZ  within 14 days from the receiving date of the purchased products, in order to obtain the return authorization.
The communication of the order cancellation must be sent by  e-mail ( ).

The customer must return to SUNEYEZ, at the address communicated in the replying e-mail, the product evidently not used, in the original packaging and complete in each part, within 14 days from the receinving date of the goods. The shipping expenses and all bill duties and taxes (if present) will be at the customer charge.
Within 14 days from the order cancellation communication receiving date and the returned products receiving date, SUNEYEZ will reimburse the customer the amount already paid with the exception of the shipping expenses and custom duties. For all those cases not specifically mentioned in this document, it will be applied the D.L. 21 del 21/02/2014 law and the subsequent modifications.

Warranty terms

The items must be purchased only on the  site.
The products must be returned in perfect conditions and in the original and complete packaging. For further information please, write an e-mail to  .


Please, communicate us as soon as possible of whatever imperfection, breaks, damages the product may have as well as any shipping mistakes, differences between ordered and received or any other irregularity in what you have received.
We will provide, after return to Suneyes the damaged product, to repeat the shipping of the requested item or to substitute it with another product of the same value that we will agree together, or to reimburse it. Forward your complaint to the following address:
